About this recipe: Found in the Platinum Edition of Mr. Boston's Bartender's guide, the Xanthia is quite a sweet drink. The cherry brandy gives it a fruity flavor and the Chartreuse adds a herbal element. The original recipe called for 1 oz of cherry brandy but I found this made the drink too sweet and a little off balance.
Works well with Bombay Sapphire gin and Cherry Heering.
