Everybody has heard of peanut butter. This recipe is the cashew version. If you love cashews, you'll love this "butter". It's nutty, slightly sweet and truly delicious. The best thing about making your own nut butter, is that you can control what's in it. In this recipe, all you need is cashews and a food processor.
You can use this method of making nut butters with every nut/seed you can think of.
I thought this was pretty good. I didn't precisely measure the cashews, but I blended them in my Vitamix blender. Eating it plain I thought it was okay, but once I put it on the bread I really liked the nutty taste without it being too strong like peanut butter.
