Very easy and quick to make. Yes, it is more of a sponge than a roulade, but it was very much appreciated! I added a fresh strawberry sauce and it completed it perfectly. In my case it just managed to serve a decent slice for 9 people, but no seconds..! - 15 Sep 2015
