About this recipe: This easy peasy dessert combines lovely whipped cream, chocolate chip cookies and tinned fruit cocktail for a super-fast, gorgeous pud. You don't even need to turn on the oven - it is that easy.


Serves: 50 

  • 600ml cream
  • 2 packets of choc chip biscuits (approx 400g)
  • 1 large tin of fruit cocktail in juice
  • 2 Flake bars to decorate

Prep:30min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Whip the cream. Drain the juice from the fruit cocktail into a bowl.
  2. Briefly dip a cookie into the fruit juice. Spread one side with cream. Place on a serving platter.
  3. Repeat with remaining cookies until oval log is formed. Cover with remaining cream.
  4. Decorate with fruit cocktail and chocolate.
