About this recipe:An easy peasy recipe that results in moreish chicken and spinach bite-sized balls, great for dipping. I came up with this recipe when all I had in the freezer was a packet of frozen spinach and a packet of chicken mince. Incredibly simple, but now a favourite in our house.
250g frozen spinach, thawed
500g chicken mince
60g plain flour
2 tablespoons oil
half a jar of curry paste of your choice
