About this recipe: White Christmas is an Australian Christmas tradition. It looks like a white chocolate sweet, but is actually made with a combination of powdered milk and copha. Copha is the brand name of a form of solid vegetable fat made from hydrogenated coconut oil. You can find it in specialty shops and online.
Used different ingredients. i personally dont like all the fruits that come in mixed fruits so i just added cherries, nuts and marshmallows instead..kinda like a rocky road. - 20 Dec 2009 (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
I used coconut oil instead of copha. It worked but the copha taste is better. Next year Ill be using that again. - 23 Dec 2010 (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
