About this recipe: White Christmas is an Australian Christmas tradition. It looks like a white chocolate sweet, but is actually made with a combination of powdered milk and copha. Copha is the brand name of a form of solid vegetable fat made from hydrogenated coconut oil. You can find it in specialty shops and online.
