About this recipe: This very easy shake is a great way to use up old, brown bananas. Simply keep your brown bananas in the freezer and use as needed in this highly addictive shake. You can use milk instead of cream, or even soya milk - though it won't be as creamy!


Serves: 4 

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 250ml single cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar

  1. Mix bananas, cream and sugar in food processor or blender till smooth. Enjoy!


You can also make this into an easy ice cream by placing in a container and freezing for 2 hours or until firm.
