These beef patties are easy and cheap to make and a great way to get your kids to eat veg. Versatile, too - you can serve them as burgers, in a pitta wrap, over rice or even over pasta with tomato pasta sauce. They are crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside.
Refrigerate for one hour after all the ingredients are mixed for the flavour to really come out.
