200g cooking chocolate
250g Nice biscuits, crushed
125g glace cherries, chopped

90g dessicated coconut

Melt the margarine and cooking chocolate together in a saucepan.
Combine the crushed Nice biscuits, chopped cherries, cherry brandy essence, coconut and condensed milk in a large bowl and mix together.
Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
Dip these balls into the melted chocolate mix and set on a tray.
Place the tray in the fridge until the chocolate on the outside has hardened.
Cherry brandy essence
Look for cherry brandy essence online or in specialty shops. In a pinch, substitute for cherry brandy, cherry essence or rum.
