Easiest no-lump white sauce

    I never could make smooth white sauce until I tried this white sauce recipe.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 500ml milk
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 40g butter

    Method
    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:7min 

    1. Mix together the flour, milk, salt and pepper with whisk very well.
    2. Heat the butter in a frying-pan. Add the milk mixture. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thickens. (Do not burn the mixture!!)
