About this recipe:This easy peasy recipe can be used to make chocolate truffles or rum balls. For chocolate truffles just omit the rum and add vanilla extract instead. You can roll in coconut or a mixture of ground nuts, or cocoa powder.

175g mixed fruit
60g desiccated coconut
1-3 teaspoons rum (to taste)

Cream margarine and icing sugar. Add cocoa, mixed fruit, coconut and rum. Mix.
Roll teaspoonfuls of mix in extra coconut and place on greased tray in fridge. Chill before serving.
