45g sachet chicken noodle soup mix
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon dark brown soft sugar
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Heat oil in pan and brown chicken and onion.
Add pineapple pieces and their liquid, soup mix, vinegar, dark brown soft sugar and water. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Add pepper for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve with rice.
