Ingredients
Serves: 4
2 (400g) tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
25g chopped parsley
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper
1 squeeze lemon juice
oil to fry
Method Prep:10min › Cook:15min › Ready in:25min
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Shape into burgers or tablespoon-sized balls. Shallow-fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
