    About this recipe: The perfect drink to cool you down during the warm summer months. It's delicious, refreshing and fruity. Pureed strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and sugar syrup are frozen, then broken into slush and served with lemonade.

    Serves: 10 

    • 1 punnet fresh strawberries, hulled
    • 1 punnet raspberries
    • 1/2 punnet blueberries
    • 400g caster sugar
    • 750ml water
    • lemonade as needed

    1. Place all berries into liquidiser; blend until smooth. Set aside.
    2. Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes, then let cool.
    3. Combine fruit and sugar mixture, mix well. Freeze.
    4. 2 hours before serving, take out and thaw. Scrape with spoon to create a slush.
    5. Just before serving add lemonade and serve immediately.
