About this recipe: A delectable side dish that requires only four ingredients. Potatoes are drizzled with olive oil, then scattered with crushed garlic and fresh rosemary. Try them at your next Sunday lunch or Christmas dinner.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 potatoes
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 (18-20cm) sprigs rosemary, leaves only
  • olive oil to drizzle

  1. Preheat oven to 150 C / Gas 2. Liberally sprinkle olive oil in a baking dish.
  2. Scrub or peel potatoes and cut each potato in half. Place potatoes into the prepared dish and drizzled with olive oil.
  3. Add garlic and rosemary. Roast in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until tender, turning once during the cooking time.
