Hawaiian pizza
A simple and easy pizza to throw together for any weeknight. A ready-made pizza base is topped with ready-made pizza sauce, ham, pineapple and grated mozarella before being baked.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 1 large pizza base
- 250g pizza topping sauce
- 125g sliced ham or cubed ham
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into chunks or 1/2 (432g) tin pineapple chunks, drained
- 150g grated mozzarella cheese

- Preheat oven according to pizza base instructions.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base. Top with ham, pineapple and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven as per pizza base instructions.

The salty/sweet combo of ham and pineapple makes for a fantastic pizza! I was too lazy to make sauce, so I just brushed my crust w/a little EVOO and sprinkled w/parsley and Italian Seasoning.
