Tropical Fruit Salad

    This dessert is quick and easy to make and tastes fab. Mandarins are mixed with pineapple, coconut, marshmallows and soured cream. It's perfect for the warm summer months.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 4 - 6 servings

    • 1 (295g) tin mandarin segments, drained
    • 1 (432g) tin pineapple chunks, drained
    • 75g dessicated coconut
    • 200g pink marshmallows, halved
    • 1 (300ml) tub soured cream

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:3hr chilling  ›  Ready in:3hr10min 

    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Stir through and refrigerate for a few hours prior to eating.
