    About this recipe: This dessert is quick and easy to make and tastes fab. Mandarins are mixed with pineapple, coconut, marshmallows and soured cream. It's perfect for the warm summer months.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 4 - 6 servings

    • 1 (295g) tin mandarin segments, drained
    • 1 (432g) tin pineapple chunks, drained
    • 75g dessicated coconut
    • 200g pink marshmallows, halved
    • 1 (300ml) tub soured cream

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:3hr chilling  ›  Ready in:3hr10min 

    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Stir through and refrigerate for a few hours prior to eating.
