    About this recipe: These little treats are easy to make and taste divine. Crushed biscuits are mixed with condensed milk, cocoa, coconut, hazelnuts and rum. They are fantastic as food gifts.

    Serves: 20 

    • 1 (200g) packet Rich Tea® biscuits, crushed
    • 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
    • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • 75g desiccated coconut, divided
    • 60g ground hazelnuts
    • 3 drops rum essence or 2-3 caps rum or to taste

    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:2hr chilling  ›  Ready in:2hr15min 

    1. Mix together crushed biscuits, 1/2 the coconut, cocoa and hazelnuts.
    2. Add condensed milk and essence/rum. Stir and mix well.
    3. Roll 1 teaspoon of mixture into a balls. Coat in remaining coconut. Place on a tray and set in the fridge
    4. Keep refrigerated for up to 1-2 weeks.
