    About this recipe: A wonderful dessert, which is simple to make and tastes delicious. Sago is chilled with evaporated milk and mangoes. Serve with double cream for the ultimate indulgence.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 large ripe mangoes, cut into small cubes
    • 100g small sago pearls, cooked as per package instructions
    • 375ml evaporated milk
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 100ml double cream (optional)

    Method

    1. Stir sugar into the evaporated milk until dissolved. Mix in cooked sago and chopped mango. Chill overnight and serve with cream.

    Ingredients

    Sago pearls can be purchased in Chinese/Oriental speciality shops or online.
