About this recipe:These wonderful creations are to be enjoyed during Christmastime. Crumbled Christmas pudding is soaked with rum, rolled into small balls, coated in dark chocolate, then drizzled with white chocolate.
1 (454g) ready-made Christmas pudding
2 tablespoons rum (or whisky)
375g dark (or milk) chocolate, melted
100g white chocolate, melted
holly sprigs to decorate (optional)

Crumble the pudding into a bowl.
Add rum a little at a time, working it in by hand. (You may need more or less liquid, depending on the pudding).
Take tablespoons of mixture and form into small balls.
Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate.
Place in refrigerator for a few minutes to set, then drizzle with white chocolate to imitate custard.
Decorate with holly. Keep in airtight container in a cool place.
