Cranberry bread
A slightly sweet bread that gets it flavour from dried cranberries. This is a bread machine recipe.
Ingredients

- 275ml (10 fl oz) water
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 30g (1 oz) butter, softened
- 275g (10 oz) bread flour
- 150g (5 oz) wholemeal flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 dessertspoon dried active baking yeast
- 100g (4 oz) dried cranberries

- Place all ingredients (except cranberries) in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet Bread cycle; press Start.
- If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the cranberries at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.

Used different ingredients. I used 50g of cranberries and 50g of raisins because I didn't have enough cranberries. It was delicious and we ate it in no time. - 03 Aug 2010
Made this yesterday. Followed the recipe to the letter but unfortunately the bread came out and was still uncooked and doughy - 06 May 2012
