Summer Refresher

    This thirst-quenching drink is perfect for the summer. Water is chilled with mint and cucumber, then served. Simple, easy and delicious.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 litre water
    • 1 handful fresh mint
    • 1 large cucumber, sliced

    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:2hr chilling  ›  Ready in:2hr5min 

    1. Mix the water, mint and 3/4 of the cucumber together in a jug. Chill for 2 hours.
    2. Serve with the remaining sliced cucumber. Top up as needed.
