this is a fantastic recipe! what a tasty cake (or two) I tweaked it a bit and I added a pinch of baking powder and a little bit more milk, as my batter turned very thick. I divided the batter into two small bowls and 2 minutes on high power (900W) was plenty for a perfect, tasty result recommended recipe! for more ideas - next time you can add some fresh strawberries, bananas or nuts at the bottom of the dish and when you turn the cooled cake over, you have them on top of the cake! yum yum! - 12 Sep 2013
