This cake is incredibly moist and delicious. A sponge batter is layered with chocolate chips, cinnamon and sugar, then baked to perfection.
We just moved to the UK and I was having trouble converting my own recipes. I didn't have/know about caster sugar so just used regular granulated sugar and it was great.
