Cranberries and orange make a lovely combo so why not try it in this loaf cake which you can make with fresh or dried cranberries.
Something else. This bread was wonderful! After greasing the tin, I sprinkled cinnamon and sugar in the tin to give the crust a sweet crunch. I sprinkled some extra chopped walnuts and some demerara sugar on top before baking, and it really does look like a picture! Tastes great and a beautiful holiday bread.
