This recipe is a little different from the average pavlova. Egg whites are beaten with sugar, cornflour, vanilla, vinegar and water. Once cooked and cooled, serve with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
Beware - the amount of sugar is wrong! 600gms is way too much. I had a great recipe for meringue using cornflour and vinegar but lost it, so chose this recipe because it mentioned those two ingredients.
