Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Biscuits

    This is a great recipe to make with the kids. Four ingredients create a simple, yet delicious biscuit that everyone will love. Enjoy with tea, coffee or milk.

    • 275g peanut butter
    • 170g chocolate chips
    • 220g dark brown soft sugar
    • 1 egg

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line baking trays with baking parchment.
    2. Combine all ingredients together. Spoon biscuit sized balls onto baking tray.
    3. Bake in preheated oven until just browned, about 10-15 minutes.

    I thought these were pretty good. I never made a peanut butter cookie without flour. I used natural peanut butter, I luckily had refridgerated so it held up well. For the chocolate I chopped up some Hershey milk chocolate melts that are new in the baking isle. I mixed the ingredients and scooped them with a cookie scoop onto a parchment lined tray.
