    About this recipe: A colourful dip made by layering a cream cheese-soured cream mixture with salsa, green pepper, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese. It also does well served alongside crackers and crusty bread.

    Serves: 10 

    • 300g cream cheese, at room temperature
    • 300ml soured cream, at room temperature
    • 250ml salsa
    • 1 green pepper, chopped
    • 2 tomatoes, chopped
    • 115g mature Cheddar cheese, grated
    • tortilla chips to serve

    1. Combine soured cream and cream cheese until smooth, spread onto serving dish.
    2. Spread salsa on top.
    3. Spread pepper and tomatoes on top.
    4. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
    5. Serve with tortilla chips.
