A colourful dip made by layering a cream cheese-soured cream mixture with salsa, green pepper, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese. It also does well served alongside crackers and crusty bread.

Ingredients

300g cream cheese, at room temperature
300ml soured cream, at room temperature
250ml salsa
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
115g mature Cheddar cheese, grated
tortilla chips to serve

Combine soured cream and cream cheese until smooth, spread onto serving dish.
