Prosciutto wrapped goat cheese rolls

    13 min

These rolls are incredibly tasty. They have the perfect combination of flavours and textures. Prosciutto is wrapped around a mixture of goat cheese, basil, garlic and pine nuts. Serve as a starter or appetiser.

I made these as written but didn't heat them. I also made some as a sandwich version because they were easier to serve, everyone loved them. Thank you for the recipe.  -  07 Oct 2015
