Creamy Crab Pasta Salad

About this recipe:
Crab and pasta shells are tossed with a creamy seasoned sauce in this summer salad.
3/4 (500g) pack conchiglie rigate (pasta shells)
100ml (4 fl oz) half fat soured cream
100ml (4 fl oz) light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon mustard
small handful chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
450g (1 lb) cooked crab meat
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
handful chopped spring onions
- Cook pasta according to pack instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, blend the soured cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, mustard and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, soured cream mixture, crab meat, red pepper, green pepper and spring onions. Cover and chill until serving.
