    About this recipe: A simple breakfast, which is cooked in a rice cooker instead of on the hob. Feel free to add other extras, such as dried fruit or nuts.

    Serves: 2 

    • 90g quick oats
    • 250ml water
    • 250ml milk
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1. Place all of the ingredients in a rice cooker and stir.
    2. Turn the rice cooker on and cook for around 10-15 minutes.
