About this recipe: A great way of making use of leftover rice. This pastry case can be used to make quiches or flans. It's gluten-free and tastes fantastic.


Serves: 4 

  • 160g cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon softened butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Grease a 22cm quiche or pie dish.
  2. Mix the rice, egg and butter together, then press evenly into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Fill and bake as normal.
