Creamy chickpea dip

    This dip is creamy and packed full of protein. Chickpeas are pureed with ricotta, lemon juice and rosemary. Enjoy as a dip or a sandwich filler.

    • 1 (400g) tin chickpeas, drained
    • 80g ricotta cheese
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves only

    1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
    2. Serve with pitta bread.
