This is a no-cook truffle recipe, which is quick and easy to make. Chocolate chips are combined with biscuit crumbs, marshmallows, cocoa powder, coconut and condensed milk. The truffles are rolled in desiccated coconut and chilled.
Made these in advance over christmas and they came in so handy whenever we had guests over. Very fun and easy, they last for aggeees, but the only change i made was to cover them in a layer of chocolate once they were set to give them richer, higher-quality flavour. - 15 Feb 2013
