    About this recipe: This is a super-easy recipe, which tastes fantastic. Chicken and vegetables are arranged on wooden skewers, brushed with satay sauce and cooked to perfection.

    Serves: 4 

    • 500g chicken breast fillets, diced
    • 250g satay sauce
    • vegetables of your choice, chopped into same size as the chicken
    • long wooden skewers, soaked

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Skewer the chicken and vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers.
    2. Brush satay sauce on the kebabs and pan-fry in an oiled pan. Whilst cooking, brush the kebabs with the satay sauce until cooked.

    Alternative cooking methods

    You can also cook these kebabs under the grill or on the barbecue.
