Awesome apple turnovers

    40 min

This is a quick and easy way to make apple turnovers. Shop-bought puff pastry is filled with an apple-cinnamon filling, then baked to perfection. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for that decadent treat.

This was quick, easy and tasty, my 11yr old daughter made them at new year as we had left over puff pastry from our dinner and plenty apples in the fruit bowl. We forgot to dust with icing sugar before serving but delicious all the same.  -  15 Jan 2012

great way to use up spare apples, I must admit I wasn't expecting them to be so delicious but I stand corrected. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.  -  14 Sep 2011
