About this recipe: The salsa is the star of this dish. It creates a flavour-explosion in your mouth. Steamed salmon is served with a salsa made with mango, red onion, red pepper, garlic, coriander, mint, pickled ginger, chillies, lime juice and oil. For best results, make the salsa at least 24 hours in advance.
If your local supermarket doesn't stock pickled ginger, you can find it in Chinese/Oriental speciality shops or online.
