This delicious curry is really easy to make. Chicken is simmered with onions and red pepper in a well-seasoned curry sauce. Serve alongside rice.
Was in a hurry so gave this a try. Used yellow pepper and the curry powder was a good quality Madras. Does what it says on the tin but the result lacks taste sophistication as one might expect. Too much liquid so I thickened it but half the liquid might help. If you're into curry skip it but for a rapid job when you're lacking ingredients it works. - 02 Nov 2011
