This risotto has comfort food written all over it. Risotto rice is simmered with green pepper, peas and bacon. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
This wasn't bad. It was very easy to make, but not much in the way of flavour. I added chicken and cheese and found it quite nice. It's not something I would make for other people, but if I'm home alone and want something easy to make, I might make this again.
