About this recipe: This is a great recipe to make with the kids. These no-cook truffles are made by combining condensed milk, crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut and cocoa powder. They are quick, simple and delicious.
We love these truffles, although they're not really truffles. We've used reduced fat digestives and condensed milk light cos we're eating so many of them! Have made many batches and are giving them as xmas presents, really yummy, quite a biscuity taste and very easy to make. I chill the mixture a bit before trying to roll though otherwise it's too sticky. - 17 Dec 2011
Wow! These truffles really are quite spectacular! They taste absolutely devine, and are incredibly quick and easy to make. Will be making some and wrapping up prettily as little christmas gifts. (I wet my hands before rolling the truffles into balls, this way the mixture doesn't stick to your hands). - 06 Dec 2012
