About this recipe: These vegetarian burgers have a wonderful texture. Grated vegetables are seasoned with oregano and held together with egg whites. They can either be pan-fried or oven-baked.


Serves: 6 

  • 1 courgette, grated
  • 1 potato, peeled and grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 4 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 egg whites

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Mould 125g of the mxture into burgers.
  3. Fry until golden and cooked through or bake in a 180 C / Gas 4 oven until golden.
