Berry Watermelon Smoothie

    It takes just three simple ingredients to make this wonderful summer smoothie. Frozen mixed berries are blended with watermelon and a dollop of low fat yoghurt.

    • 250g frozen mixed berries
    • 250g watermelon chunks
    • 1 dollop low fat vanilla yoghurt

    1. Place all of the ingredients into a liquidiser. Blend until smooth. Serve.
