About this recipe: I tried making soup one day when I did not have beef or chicken. I decided to use sausages and it worked! Serve in bowls with bread.

Serves: 7 

  • 150g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 150g carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 100g onions, finely chopped
  • beef stock
  • 500g fresh sausages

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:55min 

  1. Place potatoes, carrots and onions in a large pan with the beef stock on gas mark 3 leave to cook slowly
  2. Grill or fry the sausages until brown on outside, take them from heat and cut into chunks and add to pan.
  3. Cook all together for about 45 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
