About this recipe:
I tried making soup one day when I did not have beef or chicken. I decided to use sausages and it worked! Serve in bowls with bread.
150g potatoes, peeled and chopped
150g carrots, peeled and chopped
100g onions, finely chopped
500g fresh sausages
- Place potatoes, carrots and onions in a large pan with the beef stock on gas mark 3 leave to cook slowly
- Grill or fry the sausages until brown on outside, take them from heat and cut into chunks and add to pan.
- Cook all together for about 45 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
