Preheat an oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Place vol-au-vent cases onto a baking tray.
Stir together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and chillies in a bowl. Spoon mixture into cases. Sprinkle bacon over on top, then breadcrumbs. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
