Altered ingredient amounts. When I first made this I found the biscuit base was too deep as the recipe doesn't say to press the biscuit down into the tin ... & as a result the cheese topping was too thin. I doubled the amounts of Philly,sugar,lemon juice & cream & used less biscuit. Either way it tastes delicious! - 29 Apr 2011
Was concerned by how runny topping was before i chilled finished cake, but it was soft & creamy & delicious once set. Also felt topping was too shallow compared to base so wd double up topping quantities next time. I added zest & every1 loved it....got 10/10 from my 8yr old! - 09 Apr 2012
