900ml concentrated beef stock
600ml concentrated chicken stock
1 (295g) tin cream of mushroom condensed soup
2 tablespoons plain flour
salt to taste

Melt the margarine in a large stock pot. Add the onions and cook over medium heat until the onions are translucent and tender.
Stir in the flour. Blend in the stocks and soup. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
