A very good recipe. I tried a couple of variations, using sweet red pepper in place of green and cooking the whole thing in one saucepan, adding the ingredients in sequence. Finally, I used rice wine vinegar in place of plain white and sprinkled chopped chives on the dish before serving. - 10 Mar 2012
