About this recipe: An excellent way of getting more monosaturated fats into your diet. Avocado is blended with condensed milk and lemon juice, then poured into a shortcrust pastry case. Delicious!


Makes: 1 23cm round tart

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or to taste
  • 1 (23cm) shortcrust pastry case, baked

Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:4hr chilling  ›  Ready in:4hr10min 

  1. Stir milk into mashed avocado. Stir in lemon juice. Combine well, then pour into pastry case. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
