It takes just four ingredients to make these delicious chicken wings. Caster sugar, soy sauce, garlic granules are poured over chicken wings, then baked to perfection. For best flavour, allow the wings to marinate overnight.
Super simple and nice flavour. You need to wait until the sugar starts to crystallize to get the sweet, stick texture, which meant I had to leave the wings in the oven for about an hour. I thought theses were great wings, not what i'm used too, but so simple to make and very tasty!!! Not a big fan of using large wings, i'm a drummette kind of girl.
