Lemon Martini
A simple, yet delectable martini recipe. Citron vodka and Lillet blanc are stirred with ice, then poured into martini glasses, before a twist of lemon zest is added.

- 225ml citron vodka
- 4 tablespoons Lillet blanc
- 1 lemon
Method

- Fill mixing container with ice. Pour in vodka and Lillet blanc. Stir for 2 minutes, until very cold. Strain into 4 cooled martini glasses.
- Cut a fresh twist of lemon peel over the glass and drop into drink (the zest and spray of this action is important).
